Biography

In 2017, at the age of 13, Dylan started racing sprint karts at Raceway Park in Englishtown NJ. He quickly took to the sport and by the end of his first year he finished 2nd place in a local championship series. Around this time, Dylan was also introduced to the Bertil Roos formula cars which gave him his first taste of open wheel racing.

In 2018, Dylan joined Mike Doty Racing and took on more competitive kart racing. After finishing 3rd in the Oakland Valley Race Park (OVRP) Championship, Dylan ended the season with a 4th place podium at SKUSA Super Nationals.

Dylan started 2019 by earning multiple podiums in SKUSA and WKA winter races. Seeking a challenge, he moved up to the Senior class mid-season. He spent the remainder of the season learning this new class, capping it off by winning the highly competitive OVRP Championship. Dylan also tested his first F1600 car with Team Pelfrey.

Continuing into the new year with Team Pelfrey, Dylan won his first F1600 race in the winter of 2020 at Sebring. Shortly after, the season was halted due to the pandemic. To fill the racing void, the Formula Race Promotions (FRP) F1600 series created its first iRacing eSeries. Dylan raced in the eSeries with Pelfrey in fields of up to 40 cars and went on to get 8 top 4s including 3 wins in the 10 rounds.

In that same year, once real life racing resumed, Dylan went on to earn 2nd in the FRP F1600 Championship. He earned 4 wins and 12 podiums in the championship, with another 3 wins in SCCA races (where he also finished in second place). To cap the year off Dylan tested a USF2000 car at the Road to Indy test day at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

  • Placed 3rd in the OVRP Championship, Tag Junior

  • Raced in WKA, SKUSA and other national karting events, X30 and KA100 Junior

  • Won the Bertil Roos Racing School Grad Camp Event

2019 - Karting

  • Won the OVRP Championship by 50 points, Tag Senior

  • Won the OVRP New York State Championships in 100cc, 2nd in Tag Senior

  • Won the F-series Gear Up Challenge (Englishtown), Tag Senior

  • Placed 2nd in WKA Daytona KartWeek, X30 and KA100 Junior

2020 - F1600

  • Finished 2nd in the FRP F1600 championship with Team Pelfrey

  • 4 wins and 12 podium finishes in the FRP championship

  • 3 wins and 5 podiums in 6 SCCA rounds

  • Top 4 in 8 of 10 rounds in the FRP iRacing e-Series with 3 wins

2021 - USF2000

For 2021, Dylan will race in the Road To Indy USF2000 series.
